You choose three things. First, the Formula 1 flavour: Banana Cream, Cafe Latte, Cookie Crunch, Mint and Chocolate, Smooth Chocolate, Vanilla Cream, Dubai Style Chocolate or Strawberry Watermelon. Second, the tea: Raspberry, Original, Lemon or Peach in 51 g, or Original or Mango Dragon Fruit in 102 g. Third, the shake size: standard 550 g or large 780 g.

How to use

Aloe. Mix 15 ml of aloe concentrate into 120 ml of water.

Tea. Stir half a teaspoon of tea into 200 to 240 ml of hot or cold water.

Shake. Blend two scoops of Formula 1 with 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk.
Use Protein Drink Mix as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack: 28 g in 250 ml of water. Refrigerate the aloe once opened and use within 30 days.

The kit comes with Mango aloe. AloeMax is sold separately.
Does the tea contain caffeine?
Yes. Original has 87.5 mg per serving, and the other flavours are also caffeinated. Count it alongside your coffee.
Which shake flavours come in the large size?
The size selector offers 780 g. Vanilla Cream is the flavour Herbalife sells as a 780 g tub, so check availability with us if you pick another.
Is the kit vegan?
No. Protein Drink Mix contains milk. Swap in Protein Drink Mix Vegan if you need a plant-based routine.
Does aloe or tea help weight loss?
Neither carries an authorised claim for that. The meal replacement claim belongs to Formula 1.
