Tastes like pudding. Behaves like a meal.

Formula 1 looks like a treat and does the job of a meal: protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals in one glass. Swap it in for breakfast or lunch as part of a calorie-controlled diet and an active lifestyle.

Pick your favourite. Or two.

Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint and plenty more. Every Formula 1 flavour does the same job, so the only real decision is taste. Plenty of people keep two on the go and swap when they get bored.
