About

Each serving is high in vitamin B6, which contributes to normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 and riboflavin both contribute to normal nervous system function, and both contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
To be straight with you: there is no authorised health claim that this drink improves sleep. What it offers is a calm, repeatable ritual with a nice flavour, and a bedtime habit is worth having.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make it with hot water?
Warm water is fine, and it makes a comforting mug on a cold evening.
Does it contain caffeine?
No caffeine is listed in the ingredients. Check the label on pack if you are very sensitive.
Why does a gluten-free drink list wheat?
The fibre is made from wheat and processed to be gluten-free. Wheat is still declared for people with a wheat allergy.
Can I drink it every night?
Yes, once a day is the directed use. Do not exceed one serving.
Will it make me drowsy?
It is not a sedative and has no authorised sleep claim. Think of it as part of a routine rather than a sleeping aid.
