Frequently asked questions
Does it actually crunch?
Shake it by hand or blend briefly and some crisp pieces remain. A long blend removes most of the texture.
Is there a biscuit in it?
No biscuit. The cookie effect comes from cocoa crisps and flavouring.
Is Cookie Crunch gluten free?
Yes. The crisps use rice flour and corn flour, and Herbalife lists the shake as gluten free. Oat is still declared.
What sweetener is used?
Sucralose, with fructose. If you prefer stevia, try Vanilla Cream or Smooth Chocolate.
What goes well with it?
A few ice cubes and nothing else. Or a spoon of cocoa for a darker version.
