A daily multivitamin built for men, designed to sit next to a Formula 1 routine. Two tablets cover 24 vitamins and minerals, many at or above 100% of the reference intake.
About
Formula 2 for men is a tablet supplement with vitamins A, C, D, E and K, the B group, and minerals including magnesium, zinc, iron and selenium.
Vitamins A and C contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Worth knowing: two tablets give well over the reference intake for several nutrients. If you already take other supplements, add the totals up before doubling up.
How to use
- Take one or two tablets a day with meals and do not exceed that. A supplement adds to a varied diet; it does not replace one.
- Keep the lid closed and store somewhere cool and dry.
- One tablet a day gives half the amounts listed below.

Frequently asked questions
Should I take one tablet or two?
The label allows either. Two gives the full amounts; one halves them. Your existing diet and supplements should guide the choice.
Is this different from the women's version?
Yes. The mix differs, for example the women's formula carries more folic acid and iron.
Can I take it with a Formula 1 shake?
Yes, it is designed to go alongside it. Take it with a meal, which a shake counts as.
How long does a pot last?
Sixty tablets last 30 days at two a day, or 60 days at one.
Can I take it with prescribed medication?
Ask your GP or pharmacist first. Some vitamins, such as vitamin K, interact with certain medicines.
