About

Formula 2 for women is formulated around women's typical needs, with more iron and folic acid than the men's version.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.

It is designed to partner a Formula 1 routine, though it works as a standalone multivitamin too. If you already take other supplements, check totals, particularly iron and vitamin A.

How to use

• Take one or two tablets a day with meals and do not exceed that. A supplement adds to a varied diet; it does not replace one.
• Take it with food rather than on an empty stomach.
• Store with the lid closed in a cool, dry place.

Why does the women's version have more iron?

Women of menstruating age need more iron than men, so the formula reflects that.

Can I take it while trying for a baby?

Speak to your GP or pharmacist. Pregnancy supplements have specific folic acid and vitamin A guidance.

Will it replace my separate vitamin D?

Two tablets provide 20 µg of vitamin D. Compare with any other product you take so you do not double up.

Can I split the dose?

Yes. Take one at breakfast and the other at your evening meal; that follows the label.

How long will 60 tablets last?

A month at two a day, or two months at one a day.
