Inside is the same unsweetened Original recipe: green tea extract, orange pekoe black tea, hibiscus and cardamom. No sweeteners, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours. It suits a shared household or a two-cup-a-day habit.

Each serving contains 87.5 mg of caffeine. Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. There is no authorised claim that this tea boosts metabolism, and we will not pretend otherwise.

How to use

1. Shake the tub. A gentle shake mixes any settled powder.
2. Measure small. Stir half a teaspoon (1.7 g) into 200 to 240 ml of hot or cold water.
3. Stop at two. Herbalife recommends one or two glasses a day.

For a jug of iced tea, add 2.5 teaspoons to a litre of water with orange slices and ice. Store with the lid closed.

Keep total caffeine from all sources under 400 mg a day, or 200 mg if pregnant or breastfeeding, and no more than 200 mg in one go. Two cups of this tea come to 175 mg before your coffee.
