Drop, fizz, drink. LiftOff is an effervescent lemon-lime tablet with 75 mg of caffeine, vitamin C and a full set of B vitamins, for 10 kcal.

About

Each tablet dissolves into a sparkling citrus drink. Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid do the same.

How to use

1. Drop. Place one tablet in 250 ml of water.
2. Wait. Let it dissolve fully.
3. Drink. Enjoy one serving per day, and no more.

Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Not recommended with alcohol. Keep total daily caffeine from all sources under 400 mg. Store cool and dry, out of reach of young children.

How does 75 mg of caffeine compare with coffee?

The NHS puts a mug of instant coffee at around 100 mg, so one tablet is a little less.

Why is there salt in a fizzy tablet?

Sodium bicarbonate creates the fizz. Each tablet carries 0.8 g of salt, worth counting if you watch your intake.

Can I take two before a long day?

Herbalife directs one tablet a day. Stick to that and count any coffee or tea alongside it.

Is it a sports drink?

No. It has almost no carbohydrate and is not formulated for hydration during exercise.

Is it sugar free?

The label shows 0 g of sugars per tablet. Sweetness comes from acesulfame K and sucralose.
