Chocolate bits make up 3.8% of the powder. Made with semi-skimmed milk, a serving gives 18 g of protein and 25 vitamins and minerals for 221 kcal. It is gluten free, made with vegan-sourced ingredients and has no artificial flavours.

How to use

  1. Settle. Give the tub a gentle shake, because powder settles in transit.
  2. Measure. Add two level scoops (26 g) to 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk.
  3. Mix. Blend with three or four ice cubes, or shake hard in a shaker.

Why is Mint and Chocolate pale green?

The colour comes from copper complexes of chlorophyllins, derived from chlorophyll.

Do the chocolate bits survive blending?

A short blend leaves flecks. A long blend melts them into the shake.

Why is it lower in calories than Vanilla Cream?

Only slightly: 221 kcal against 227 kcal, from small differences in the recipe.

What sweetener is used?

Sucralose, alongside fructose. Several other flavours use stevia instead.

Is the mint strong?

Noticeable, not overpowering. Add a few ice cubes if you like it colder and fresher.
