A bottle of orange and goji concentrate that turns a glass of water into 3 g of fibre for 12 kcal. No powder, no clumps, no stirring for five minutes.
About
Most UK adults fall short of the NHS guide of 30 g of fibre a day. This is a small, easy way to chip at that gap between meals.
The fibre is a soluble wheat dextrin, so it dissolves cleanly and the drink tastes of citrus rather than cereal. Stevia sweetens it and there is no sugar added.
Each serving is a source of vitamin C, and vitamin C contributes to normal immune system function. Calcium, also present at source level, contributes to normal digestive enzyme function.
How to use
- Shake the bottle well.
- Measure 1.5 capfuls (15 ml) into about 185 ml of cold water.
- Keep liquids below 25°C; heat reduces the vitamin C.
- It can also go into a Formula 1 shake or a Collagen Skin Booster drink.
- Build fibre up gradually and drink plenty of water through the day.

Frequently asked questions
How much fibre is in one glass?
3 g per 15 ml serving. That is about a tenth of the NHS daily guide for adults.
Why does it say wheat if it is gluten-free?
The fibre starts life as wheat, so wheat is declared as an allergen, but the processed ingredient is gluten-free. If you have a wheat allergy, avoid it.
Can I add it to a hot drink?
No. The label says to keep it below 25°C so the vitamin C holds up.
How long does a bottle last?
There are 33 servings, so one a day lasts just over a month.
Will it upset my stomach?
Any jump in fibre can cause wind or bloating at first. Start with one serving, increase slowly and keep drinking water.
