A month of Phyto Complete in a foil refill. If you already own the jar, this is the tidy way to top it up without buying another one.
About
Phyto Complete is a capsule built around Fiit-NS, a blend of green tea, guarana, grape, grapefruit and black carrot extracts with added niacin. Vitamin C and chromium make up the rest of the active list.
Two capsules are high in niacin, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. They are a source of vitamin C, which contributes to the same two things, and of chromium, which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
There is natural caffeine from guarana, so count it in your daily total if you drink coffee or tea.
How to use
- Once opened, decant the capsules into the Phyto Complete jar for freshness.

- Do not exceed two capsules a day. Do not take on an empty stomach, and do not combine with other green tea products on the same day. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the jar to use the refill?
No, but the sachet is designed to be decanted. A clean, dry, airtight container does the same job.
How long does one refill last?
Sixty capsules at two a day is 30 days.
Why does the label mention EGCG?
EGCG is a green tea compound with a safety ceiling of under 800 mg a day. Two capsules provide 90 mg, which is why doubling up with other green tea products is ruled out.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes, from guarana. The label does not state a figure, so be cautious if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Can I take it at bedtime?
The label asks for it with meals. Given the caffeine, most people keep it to breakfast or lunch.
