Cookie Crunch brings cocoa crisps into the tub, so the shake has actual texture. The second and third tubs are yours to pick: Mint Chocolate, Strawberry Delight, Smooth Chocolate, Vanilla Cream, Banana Cream, Cookie Crunch, Cafe Latte, Free From Raspberry and White Chocolate, Dubai Style Chocolate, Strawberry Watermelon, or a large 780 g Vanilla Cream. Doubling up is allowed.

How to use

Choose. Pick each tub's flavour in the selectors above before adding to basket.

Mix. Add two scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 to 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk, then blend or shake.
