The fixed tub is Strawberry Watermelon, a limited-edition 550 g tub. Tubs two and three come from the drop-downs, doubles included.
Protein Drink Mix is a vanilla powder with 15 g of protein per serving. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass.
Formula 1 is a meal replacement for weight control. Substituting two daily meals of an energy-restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. How to use

Shake. Add 26 g of Formula 1 (two scoops) to 250 ml chilled semi-skimmed milk.
