The lead tub is Dubai Style Chocolate, a limited edition made with reduced-fat cocoa and chocolate bits. Every Formula 1 flavour is built on the same plan: plant protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals in a powder you shake with milk.
Three flavours at once heads off the week-four boredom that ends good intentions.
Formula 1 is a meal replacement for weight control. Substituting two daily meals of an energy-restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. Substituting one daily meal of an energy-restricted diet with a meal replacement contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Both depend on a calorie-controlled diet and an active lifestyle.
How to use

Choose. Use the two selectors to pick your second and third tubs.

Measure. 26 g (two scoops) into 250 ml chilled semi-skimmed milk.

Shake or blend. Three or four ice cubes in a blender give a thicker, colder shake.

Eat around it. Have balanced meals alongside and keep your water intake up.

How many shakes will I get from the three tubs?
Dubai Style Chocolate gives 19 servings. Add two tubs of roughly 21 and you have about 60 shakes.
What are my flavour options for tubs two and three?

Can I make these shakes without dairy?
Yes. Use vegan Protein Drink Mix and water, as the label describes.
Is Formula 1 a snack or a meal?
A meal. It is designed to replace breakfast, lunch or dinner, so adding it on top of normal meals defeats the point.
Is this suitable for everyone?
No. It is not for children, and anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication (including GLP-1 injections) or with a medical condition should ask their GP first.
