The lead tub uses pea protein instead of soy, with 19 g of protein per serving made with milk. For tubs two and three, choose from: Mint Chocolate, Strawberry Delight, Smooth Chocolate, Vanilla Cream, Banana Cream, Cookie Crunch, Cafe Latte, Free From Raspberry and White Chocolate, Dubai Style Chocolate, Strawberry Watermelon, or a large 780 g Vanilla Cream. Repeat a favourite or rotate.

How to use

Choose. Pick each tub's flavour in the selectors above before adding to basket.

Mix. Add two scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 to 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk, then blend or shake.

Frequently asked questions
Is the whole trio soy free?
Only if you pick Free From for all three tubs. Every other Formula 1 flavour is made with soy protein.
What is Free From actually free from?
Soy and gluten when made with cow's milk, or lactose and gluten when made with fortified soy drink. It is not oat free.
Is it a meal replacement with oat or almond milk?
Herbalife says it stops being a meal replacement if made with other plant drinks. Use semi-skimmed milk or fortified soy drink for that.
How many servings are in the Free From tub?
The 500 g tub gives 19 servings. The 550 g flavours give 21.
Does it taste of white chocolate?
It uses raspberry and white chocolate flavourings, coloured pink with beetroot red. Expect a fruity shake with a creamy finish.
