These are the classic Herbalife shaker cups: clear body, green screw-on lid with a flip-top spout, and the Herbalife logo printed on the side. The clear body lets you see when the powder has mixed properly.

A five pack makes sense if you run a shake routine for more than one person, host a nutrition club, or are tired of washing the same cup twice a day.

How to use

1. Liquid first. Pour in your cold milk or water before the powder to stop it sticking to the base.
2. Add powder. Two scoops of Formula 1 or your chosen product.
3. Close and shake. Check the lid and spout are shut, then shake for 15 to 20 seconds.
4. Rinse straight away. Dried shake is harder to shift.
