Inside: niacinamide, vitamin C (ascorbyl glucoside), vitamin E, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin and acetyl octapeptide-3, with sunflower, macadamia, olive, sesame and corn oils for richness.

Herbalife reports that in a test of 29 women aged 40 to 64, instrument measurements showed smaller wrinkles after at least 21 days. A separate panel of 35 women rated smoothness and glow after 60 days. Those are the manufacturer's studies; results vary.

Allergy note: the ingredient list includes macadamia seed oil and walnut (juglans regia) seed extract. If you have a nut allergy, check with your GP or pharmacist first.

How to use

1. Evening routine. Cleanse, tone and apply serum.
2. Warm a little cream. Between fingertips.
3. Press and smooth. Over face and neck.
4. Morning. Swap to a daytime moisturiser with SPF.
