Each Formula 1 tub has its own flavour selector, with eleven options: Mint Chocolate, Strawberry Delight, Smooth Chocolate, Vanilla Cream, Banana Cream, Cookie Crunch, Cafe Latte, Free From Raspberry and White Chocolate, Dubai Style Chocolate, Strawberry Watermelon, or a large 780 g Vanilla Cream. Pick a favourite twice, or split the set between two tastes.

How to use

Choose. Pick each tub's flavour in the selectors above before adding to basket.

Mix. Add two scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 to 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk, then blend or shake.

Free From Raspberry and White Chocolate uses pea protein and is soy free when made with milk. Protein Drink Mix does contain soy.

A 550 g Formula 1 tub gives 21 servings. At one shake a day, two tubs cover about six weeks.
